Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans in accordance with best practices.

• Identify and mitigate risks to clients' mental health, implementing timely interventions and coordinating care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Deliver education on mental health topics, treatment interventions, and available resources during sessions, empowering clients and their support systems.

Qualifications\n

• An independent mental health license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• Proven ability to build rapport with clients, exhibit a non-judgmental demeanor, and create a safe therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 50,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
