Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and identify their strengths and areas for growth.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique cultural backgrounds of clients.

• Utilize therapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to guide intervention strategies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals, interventions, and mechanisms for progress evaluation, revising these as necessary based on client feedback and outcomes.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure an integrative approach to care, including participation in regular team meetings to discuss and address patient needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and safety planning to support clients facing acute challenges.

• Advocate fiercely for your clients by connecting them with vital community resources and providing thorough case management support.

Qualifications\n
