Administrative Assistant

CrossCountry Mortgage is hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Bloomington/Edina branch. We are seeking a full-time assistant for our residential mortgage team. This is a very dynamic position. No experience is required, as we have extensive training available and a detailed process in place. Today's mortgage industry is rapidly growing, and income potential is excellent. This position is a great opportunity to learn how to do mortgages the right way. Required Skills Excellent Phone Presence Sales Support Skills - warm inbound calls Proficient with numbers Excellent computer skills - ability to pick up new apps and software quickly Attention to detail - ability to closely follow a detailed process Desire to learn a new industry Sense of urgency - knowing what is important and what isn't Basic job duties Takes incoming calls from mortgage clients and applications, and schedules time with the team leader Talk with clients to complete basic application information, collect documents, and process loans through various software programs Manage incoming clients to ensure proper follow-up, and conversions are accomplished Manage client expectations and updates until a property is found and the client is under contract This is an in-office position. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with some schedule flexibility. Must reside within 30 miles of Edina, MN #J-18808-Ljbffr
