Work Environment\n

This is a 100% remote position based in Stockton, California. As a telehealth counselor, you will have the flexibility to create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Our virtual work environment encourages collaboration, making use of advanced technology tools such as Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs) to facilitate client interactions and care documentation. The absence of on-call obligations supports a focus on uninterrupted therapeutic work.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse histories, tailoring interventions to individual needs.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based approaches, fostering a supportive atmosphere for client growth.

Our client demographic primarily includes adolescents and young adults who are pre-screened, stable, and present with low acuity mental health needs. This focused approach allows counselors to conduct effective sessions, concentrating on building rapport and delivering actionable strategies for enhanced well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

• Prior telehealth experience, specifically working with adolescents and young adults, will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n
