This position is entirely remote, offering you the convenience of working from the comfort of your own home or any environment where you feel most productive. Your standard working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a consistent schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting confidential and secure one-on-one therapy sessions through our telehealth platform, ensuring a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to aid clients in navigating their mental health challenges.

• Customizing treatment plans to address the unique needs, goals, and aspirations of each client, drawing from initial assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Assisting clients in the development of self-awareness and the establishment of healthy coping mechanisms, facilitating personal growth and improving their quality of life.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment approaches based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona (or eligibility for reciprocity).

• Competence in operating independent practices, managing a caseload, and refining your weekly schedule based on client needs.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proficient understanding of a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and tools, ensuring a seamless and effective client experience.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, candidates with additional experience in telehealth delivery or specialized areas of therapy are encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 110,000 per year, complemented by a robust benefits package.
