Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and interviews with new clients, utilizing standardized tools to evaluate their mental health needs and ensuring accurate diagnostics.

• Maintain meticulous progress notes, treatment plans, and summaries for each client to ensure tracking of therapeutic progress while adhering to privacy protocols.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, applying evidence-based techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client, with an emphasis on fostering a safe and supportive environment.

• Manage specialized initiatives within the Behavioral Health Department, such as coordinating programs that address specific community mental health challenges.

• Contribute to the development of community resources aimed at preventive mental health services that empower individuals and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, addressing various mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, addiction, homelessness, and co-occurring disorders. Understanding the complexities related to these conditions is crucial as you help clients navigate their paths to recovery. You will play a vital role in creating customized treatment strategies that foster wellness and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Current licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT, in compliance with Washington state regulations, along with an understanding of required supervision guidelines.

• A minimum of two (2) years' direct experience providing mental health services and crisis management in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
