For this approach to scale effectively, expansion must be executed with the same precision as the educational product. This role is designed to ensure that outcome. You will manage the complete lifecycle of new school sites—from initial location evaluation through full operational readiness—while constructing the frameworks that make every future opening faster, more efficient, and more reliable. This is not a conventional development position. You are not being hired simply to oversee projects. You are being hired to remove obstacles from the expansion process. That requires making decisive judgments on site feasibility, engaging directly with permitting and construction challenges, managing vendor negotiations, and maintaining aggressive schedule adherence. Simultaneously, you will deconstruct each phase of this process into systematic, AI-enabled workflows that minimize manual intervention and enhance forecasting precision over time.
