Key Responsibilities\n

• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to relay patient progress, concerns, and any significant changes in condition.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and assessments, in compliance with department policies.

• Collaborate with other health care professionals to develop individual treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention for clients experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties, implementing evidence-based techniques.

• Consult and coordinate with families and support systems to create effective discharge plans and aftercare resources for clients, ensuring continuity of care.

This role primarily focuses on individuals seeking mental health support, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active state license as a LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent.

• A minimum of three years' experience working in an outpatient psychiatric or counseling setting.

• Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite, email, and electronic medical records systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
