Work Environment\n

This position offers the unique benefit of working remotely, enabling you to provide therapy through telehealth platforms. You will work in a flexible environment that encourages work-life balance, with a structured schedule while maintained to ensure availability for our patients. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs. The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate psychological well-being and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that cater to the specific diagnoses and needs of each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy during therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Certified (LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland.
