Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health concerns, develop personalized treatment plans, and establish measurable therapeutic goals.

• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others tailored to address each client's unique challenges.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to offer virtual sessions, ensuring that clients who prefer or require remote treatment have equal access to mental health services.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and secure.

• Engage consistently in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about emerging best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or holding a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.
