This position is based in Huntington Station, New York , where you will be conducting therapy sessions primarily onsite in patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

As a crucial member of our team, your daily responsibilities will encompass:

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid New York State License to practice physical therapy.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex information to patients and fellow healthcare providers.
• Proficiency in both word processing and specialized healthcare software tools.
