Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, employing appropriate therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate documentation of all therapy sessions in accordance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care and treatment plans.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to enhance expertise and stay abreast of best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role encompasses working with diverse populations facing various mental health challenges, including adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. The therapist will employ culturally competent strategies to address the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
\n
• Current and active licensing as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy in a community-based or similar setting.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Proficient in using EHR systems for documentation and patient management.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.

• Expertise in trauma-informed care and working with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
