Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to assess clients' mental health status and develop appropriate intervention strategies.

• Create and execute personalized treatment plans that reflect the specific needs, goals, and preferences of each client.

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based practices, integrating solution-focused approaches tailored to their circumstances.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for clients regardless of location.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, skillfully managing urgent situations to ensure client safety and support.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to remain up-to-date with best practices in mental health treatment.

This position involves working primarily with adult clients presenting a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.

• A compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy, demonstrating a non-judgmental attitude with all clients.

• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to maintain client schedules and documentation efficiently.

• No history of disciplinary actions on record with your licensing board.
