Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to conduct comprehensive assessments of each child's developmental status.

• Deliver tailored child development services that align with developmental milestones for children aged 0-3.

• Take an active role in creating Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs), setting specific goals, objectives, and strategies related to each child’s unique development needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes, assessments, reports, and correspondence in compliance with best practices.

• Provide both individual and group interventions for infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays, addressing areas such as cognitive, emotional, self-care, and communication skills.

• Assess and document family strengths, challenges, and progress over the course of intervention.
\n
• Serve as a service coordinator, ensuring thorough planning, execution, and evaluation of intervention plans for each family on your caseload.

• Offer supportive professional assistance to families, promoting engagement and advocacy for their child’s developmental needs.

• Facilitate enriching parent-child interactions that foster developmental growth.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of the expertise and commitment of our staff, Advocate Mind Health offers a competitive salary range between USD 68,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
