Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct multidisciplinary team assessments to evaluate the developmental status of clients, using evidence-based tools and strategies.

• Provide home and community-based interventions tailored to meet individual family needs, focusing on child development and family dynamics.

• Collaboratively develop and implement Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP) that identify specific goals and objectives to enhance the child’s developmental trajectory.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation including progress notes, assessments, and reports to track client progress and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Facilitate individual and group interventions that support cognitive, emotional, and social development in infants and toddlers.
\n
• Act as a service coordinator, ensuring timely scheduling, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of intervention plans for families on your caseload.
\n
• Engage families through supportive communication, guiding them to advocate effectively for their child’s needs.
\n
• Encourage positive parent-child interactions to foster an enriching developmental environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves infants and toddlers who are at risk for developmental delays, as well as their families. You will be instrumental in providing the necessary support and resources to promote healthy development in areas such as communication, motor skills, and social-emotional health. Your efforts will directly influence the family’s ability to navigate challenges and leverage their strengths, ultimately contributing to positive long-term outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Current Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington is required.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Advocate Mind Health offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 68,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a salary that reflects your expertise, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
