Work Environment\n

This position offers the unique flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing our licensed social workers to connect with clients and families from the comfort of their own spaces while still contributing to a highly collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities\n

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of clients, ensuring that individualized treatment plans fit their unique needs.
\n
• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), working collaboratively with families to set achievable goals for their children.
\n
• Monitoring client outcomes as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, adapting interventions as necessary to meet evolving needs.
\n
• Providing emotional support and guidance to families, equipping them with the necessary skills and strategies to enhance their child’s development.
\n
• Complying with all federal and state regulations regarding social work practices, ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained.
\n
• Building rapport with clients, families, and team members to create a healthy learning environment that promotes growth and development.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect family priorities and adhere to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Implementing IFSPs for enrolled families, determining the frequency of services based on the child’s developmental progress.
\n
• Promoting health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of all clients and staff engaged in our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on supporting children with disabilities or delays in early development, particularly within a detox center environment. Our Children's Services aim to guide infants and toddlers through crucial developmental milestones during their formative first three years. The LICSW will engage with families to facilitate progress in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work.

• A valid State License as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), certified by the Department of Public Health.

• A current driver’s license to support community outreach and client visits as needed.
\n
• The ability to adapt to various learning styles and meet the needs of each child and their tailored treatment plans.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
