We are diversifying our service offerings and we are therefore seeking an Account Manager to join our team!

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the execution of marketing projects, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with our creative, production, and project management teams to deliver exceptional results.

You will be responsible for providing strategic account management and sales leadership. Develop and manage overall account strategies, including identification of incremental revenue opportunities and retention of embedded base services. Responsible for overall customer relationship management and customer satisfaction in addition to delivering annual customer revenue and retention objectives.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and goals.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial briefing to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure that projects align with client vision and objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Negotiate contracts and proposals with clients.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or challenges.
  • Evaluate project success and provide feedback to clients.
  • Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams.
  • Maintain regular account contact to ensure positioning and alignment of Services with assigned accounts.
  • Initiate and deliver proposed solutions to meet the needs of the assigned customers as appropriate.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and serve as the primary escalation point for any customer issues that arise.
  • Manage the cultivation, execution and delivery of sales and services to local and Regional accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations leadership to develop specific account management plans to meet assigned accounts needs and an overall strategy to optimize sales and retention opportunities.
  • Position and sell services across multiple organizational levels including but not limited to C-level and Executive level personnel.
  • Management of existing revenue, sales opportunities, quota, funnels and forecasts consistent with Region, Division and Corporate sales, service and operational goals and objectives.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms 
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
