Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions in a supportive and engaging manner, adapting your approach to resonate with various client needs.

• Monitor and track clients' progress throughout their treatment plans, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, mental health specialists, and social workers, to create comprehensive intervention plans that address the holistic needs of clients.

• Conduct follow-up visits or calls with psychiatrists and medical physicians for clients who may require hospitalization, ensuring continuity of care.

• Identify risk factors and behaviors that may impede clients' recovery and implement proactive strategies to mitigate these challenges.

• Offer guidance and support to family members and primary caregivers, educating them on effectively managing mental health challenges within the family dynamic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will encompass a diverse clientele ranging from adults and adolescents to couples and families facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By offering tailored therapeutic approaches, you will help navigate their unique circumstances and empower them towards recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required prior to commencing duties.

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is essential.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear articulation of concepts, therapy goals, and treatment plans to clients and their families.

• Proven experience as a Mental Health Counselor or in a similar role, showcasing your ability to manage complex therapy situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 101,000 annually, commensurate with experience and productivity. Our benefit package includes a sign-on bonus, an extensive training program in mental health therapies, and a secure W2 employment status.
