Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote School-Based Mental Health Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

• Facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions that promote engagement and healing.

• Collaborating with teachers, school counselors, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for students.

• Providing crisis intervention and safety planning for students facing acute challenges.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
