Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the unique needs of clients, followed by individual and couples therapy sessions aimed at improving mental health outcomes.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress within 24 hours to ensure timely and accurate records that support ongoing care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable goals and monitoring progress regularly to make necessary adjustments.

• Engage in regular peer case consultations to discuss complex cases, enhance treatment strategies, and foster an environment of shared learning and support.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records in compliance with state and federal regulations, while also ensuring client confidentiality and safety.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adult individuals and couples facing various mental health challenges.
