Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships with patients and their loved ones, conducting thorough assessments to ascertain any risks of suicidality or harm.

• Facilitate admissions assessments for new clients with professionalism and warmth, ensuring all clients feel welcomed into our practice.
\n
• Actively participate in weekly treatment team meetings, collaborating with colleagues to set and communicate treatment goals, while providing additional clinical support as needed.
\n
• Conduct utilization reviews for insurance providers, delivering the necessary clinical information to secure both initial and ongoing authorizations.
\n
• Maintain clear and responsive communication with family members, ensuring all inquiries are addressed within two hours during business hours and within 24 hours thereafter.
\n
• Coordinate closely with our Utilization Review and Business Departments on billing matters, and follow up with referral sources and outpatient providers to ensure smooth transitions at admission and discharge.
\n
• Initiate discharge planning from the first day of admission, guiding clients through coping strategies, transition plans, and confirming follow-up appointments before they leave our care.
\n
• Manage crisis situations effectively within therapy sessions, providing necessary support for both clients and staff while ensuring clinical standards are upheld.
\n
• Complete clinical documentation promptly and accurately during sessions, in accordance with our agency's policies.
\n

You will work with a diverse and varied clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• An independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
