Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients suffering from physical impairments, post-surgical recovery, and various chronic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that combine multiple therapeutic techniques, encompassing exercises, hands-on therapy, and proper utilization of rehabilitation equipment.
• Document all patient interactions accurately, including evaluations, treatment progress, and responses to intervention to ensure that the continuity of care is maintained.
• Regularly reassess patient progress to refine treatment objectives and modify interventions as necessary in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, pain management strategies, and the correct use of assistive devices to promote independence and self-efficacy.
• Stay current with best practices in physical therapy by attending professional workshops and participating in continued education.

Qualifications
