Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans based on physician referrals and individual needs.
• Implement a variety of hands-on rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic exercises, adjusting modalities based on patient progress and feedback.
• Provide exemplary customer service by ensuring that patients feel supported and informed throughout their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation staff, to optimize patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of patient populations, including those with orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, pediatric needs, and sports-related injuries. Your role will involve designing tailored rehabilitation protocols that address the unique challenges faced by each patient, ensuring measurable progress and goal attainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practices.
• State license in Physical Therapy, reflecting your commitment to professional standards and ethical practices.
• Certification in Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association, prepared for emergency situations.

Compensation and Benefits
