Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services to clients, including crisis intervention and therapy sessions, both in person and via telehealth, ensuring the highest level of care.

• Regularly attend program and agency meetings to stay engaged with ongoing training and service developments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and data entry into the AWARDS electronic health record system.

• Collaborate and consult with medical professionals and family members to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Participate in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of interns, ensuring they align with program objectives and receive the necessary support to flourish.

• Plan and coordinate recruitment events for interns and trainees, promoting awareness of opportunities within the organization.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions compliant with federal, state, and agency policies for both interns and academic partners.

• Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and improve service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
