Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis planning, behavioral guidelines, and medication management.

• Maintain accurate documentation that adheres to regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion of all required assessments, treatment notes, and reports.

• Utilize established evidence-based screening instruments as part of the clinical evaluation process, ensuring a data-driven approach to patient care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans designed to enhance patient outcomes.

• Actively participate in the licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the clinic’s commitment to maintaining high care standards.

• Serve as a key liaison with community partners, including state agencies, to advocate for patient needs and program development.

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals seeking support for emotional and behavioral challenges, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
