Senior Account Manager

Building and nurturing strong client relationships, the full-time Senior Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for home services clients, ensuring effective execution of digital marketing campaigns and strategies remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain long‑lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and business goals Lead training sessions on digital marketing and Scorpion systems for internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that meet client objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 4+ years of professional experience in client-facing account management, with at least 2 years in an Account Manager role Proven experience in a digital agency setting, particularly with digital marketing channels and strategies Strong organizational skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while building client rapport #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion
