The role focuses on building and managing a strong sales pipeline, engaging with customers and partners, and ensuring revenue and business targets are met.In detail, the responsibilities include:Definition, execution and accountability of the Adtran business in Iberia.Definition of the most suitable go to market and alliance strategy tailored to the different Market Verticals.Scouting, enhancement and engagement with Adtran partner landscape in Iberia.Maintaining an accurate forecast and pipeline management. This covers order entries, revenues and related budget.Supplementary Tasks:Organizing any necessary QBR with Iberia Key Accounts and with internal stakeholders to increase CSAT indicators.Other duties as assignedCustomers (Internal & External):InternalBusiness DevelopmentSystem ConsultingProduct ManagementService Business Management (SBM)ExternalDirect touch with End User AccountsTelco 6 Critical Infrastructure AccountsChannels and Service PartnersSkills / Qualifications / Training / Experience:Proven sales experience in the Telco Market, with particular focus on Business to Business departmentsGood knowledge of Finance, Sales Methodology, SalesforceTechnology: In depth knowledge of optical end to end (from Fixed Access to Long Haul DWDM)Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and writtenExcellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Adtran
