Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs, mental health conditions, and history.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to facilitate client progress.

• Provide one-on-one counseling for individuals, and therapeutic interventions for couples, families, and groups utilizing a client-centered approach.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, participating in regular team meetings and case consultations.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and feedback in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in counseling techniques and participate in continuing education opportunities.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at De Lucia Behavioral Health Center, you will provide support to a diverse range of clients facing varying challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, you will gain access to unlimited client referrals, allowing you to build a robust practice and prioritizing your clients as we manage all billing and administrative duties.
