Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals. Develop individualized treatment plans, adjusting approaches based on client progress and feedback. Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, adeptly employing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other relevant modalities. Monitor and document client progress regularly to ensure the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and maintain ethical standards. Offer flexible teletherapy options that allow clients to receive necessary support regardless of their challenges in accessing traditional therapy. Engage in case consultations and collaborate with fellow therapists to enhance client care and outcomes.
