Work Environment\n

In this role, you will operate primarily in a remote setting, which has been thoughtfully designed to facilitate a supportive work-life balance. Our outpatient office serves as a hub for collaboration and professional development, where remote team members come together for meetings, training, and support, ensuring a continually enhancing work culture. The position requires availability Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for consistent client engagement and a structured schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that cater to individual preferences, goals, and needs.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address each client's unique challenges.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, addressing treatment options and promoting self-care practices.
\n
• Track and evaluate client progress systematically, refining treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
\n
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure coordinated care.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatments to enhance and adapt therapeutic approaches.

• Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of client records according to all legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education workshops for professional growth.

• Advocate for mental health awareness and fight stigma while addressing the specific needs of underserved populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety, as well as providing services to vulnerable populations, including homeless individuals, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. Your role will be crucial in enabling these clients to achieve stability, growth, and healing through compassionate therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
