Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs, strengths, and treatment goals, using tools and methodologies grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans that address a wide array of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

• Provide consistent therapy sessions, utilizing a mix of individual and group therapies, while documenting progress meticulously to ensure ethical and legal compliance.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to deliver integrated and comprehensive mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
