Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive client assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate therapy strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, with a focus on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Developing, implementing, and adapting personalized treatment plans that align with client goals and progress.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards in all client interactions.

• Engaging in regular professional development activities to stay current with advances in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide services to a diverse client population that includes adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients navigate their challenges and work toward positive outcomes in their personal and social lives.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma-informed care. Additionally, a strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice, as well as proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and related technologies, is desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n
