Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, integrating considerations of co-occurring medical conditions such as chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders, to effectively evaluate patient needs.

• Develop and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical considerations, continually adapting approaches based on patient feedback and progress.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to foster patient engagement and growth in a supportive setting.

• Collaborate effectively with medical providers and other health professionals to coordinate care, ensuring all aspects of a patient’s treatment are aligned for optimal outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, demonstrating the ability to handle urgent mental health situations with poise and professionalism.

• Educate patients on the connection between mental health and physical health, equipping them with the tools to better understand and manage their conditions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, licensed psychologist, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
