Role Overview We are looking for aHead of Salesto lead revenue growth. This is anequity-first, commission-based roledesigned for someone who can drive enterprise adoption, close deals, and scale a high-impact sales strategy. If you understand AI infrastructure, can navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, and want to shape the future of AI, this role is for you. Responsibilities Develop and execute thego-to-market strategyfor Scalytics' AI framework. Ownenterprise sales cycles, closing high-value deals in regulated industries. Build and manage relationships withC-level executives, AI teams, and strategic partners. Position Scalytics as theleading AI infrastructure providerfor federated learning. Driveinvestor engagement, contributing to fundraising efforts and growth initiatives. Requirements Proven experience inAI, SaaS, or enterprise tech sales, with a strong record of closing deals. Deep understanding offederated learning, data security, and AI infrastructure. Ability toexecute and adapt quickly, navigating enterprise sales and market shifts.
