This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and eliminating the need for daily commuting. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive atmosphere with a focus on work-life balance, with regular business hours set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to reflect changing needs and responses to therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals experiencing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and related anxiety disorders. You will work closely with a diverse clientele, providing personalized care that addresses their unique challenges and situational contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Proven competencies in evidence-based therapeutic modalities specific to mood disorders, notably CBT and DBT.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology, enabling effective collaboration with psychiatric professionals.

• Demonstrated success in achieving positive treatment outcomes within diverse client populations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
