Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, encompassing pre-crisis and crisis strategies.

• Ensure timely and compliant documentation of services rendered, adhering to all regulatory standards and best practices.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs and track progress as instructed by the clinical team.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize the implementation of positive behavior support plans for clients requiring integrated care.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain organizational standards, playing a vital role in compliance efforts.

• Act as a liaison between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community partners, facilitating access to necessary resources.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
