Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patient histories, identify treatment goals, and create tailored intervention strategies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that facilitate trauma recovery and foster personal resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), among others, to support patients in their healing journeys.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for patients to explore their trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and promote emotional healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating your expertise in managing high-stress situations effectively.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma-related responses and available coping resources to empower their recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage actively in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a team-centric focus on trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily focus on patients who have been affected by trauma, ranging from acute incidents to complex, long-standing issues. You will work closely with individuals coping with PTSD, dissociative disorders, and other trauma-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
