Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, determining the appropriate treatment programs tailored to individual needs.
• Implement treatment plans that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and functional training, always guided by the latest research in physical therapy.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient progress and treatment outcomes, contributing to ongoing assessments and program adjustments.
• Exemplify exceptional customer service, ensuring that all interactions are positive, informative, and supportive, ultimately contributing to a strong patient experience.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to maximize patient outcomes through comprehensive care strategies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program is required. Candidates with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program are preferred.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with Virginia state regulations.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

Compensation and Benefits
