Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, focusing on their intensity, frequency, and duration, to establish a comprehensive understanding of their challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that each client's specific goals and preferences are prioritized.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, promoting an informed approach to mental wellness.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjust treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, ensuring that clients receive holistic support for their mental health needs.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, facilitating effective case management and compliance.
