Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual in-home therapy sessions and group therapy sessions at our outpatient center using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Implement anger management strategies, coping skill development, and social skills training to assist clients in managing high-risk behaviors, such as self-injury or physical aggression.

• Support youth and caregivers in enhancing decision-making capabilities aimed at managing in-home behavioral challenges effectively.

• Collaborate with the Child Family Treatment Team and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to family support.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation by submitting all required clinical paperwork, including intake forms, treatment plans, and progress notes, in a timely manner.

• Participate actively in monthly team meetings to share insights and recommendations for ongoing treatment.

Our therapy services primarily focus on children aged 3-20 who are grappling with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Qualifications\n

• Successful completion of a criminal background check, including fingerprinting, will be necessary.
