Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, and areas requiring support.

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions, customizing your therapeutic approach based on the client's unique cultural backgrounds and psychological needs.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to support client recovery and wellness.

• Develop bespoke treatment plans aligned with the clients' personal goals, ensuring regular progress monitoring and adjustments as needed.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and community resource coordinators, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, including conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans for clients experiencing acute mental health crises.

Qualifications\n
