Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Hadley House, you will serve a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families confronting a variety of mental health challenges. Your role will be particularly crucial for those experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and transitional life issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

• Demonstrable cultural competence and ability to work with bilingual clients; proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.

• A valid copy of professional malpractice insurance must be provided upon hire.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
