Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Our remote work structure supports work-life balance while still emphasizing the importance of teamwork and collaboration. You will have regular opportunities to engage with colleagues and contribute to case discussions, ensuring that you never feel isolated in your practice. As part of our outpatient office, you'll utilize advanced telehealth technologies and clinical tools that enhance connectivity with clients and streamline documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client symptoms, focusing on mood disorders including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique goals and needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress.

• Provide education, support, and coping strategies to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of treatment options.

• Track and document client progress meticulously, making plan adjustments where necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to treatment.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including participation in training and seminars to remain current with best practices in mood disorder therapies.

• Advocate for clients, addressing stigma, and fostering a more informed and compassionate understanding of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals grappling with mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A strong foundation in evidence-based practices specifically for mood disorders, including a solid grasp of CBT and DBT techniques.

• Sound understanding of psychopharmacology and a collaborative spirit to work effectively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
