Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and diagnose clients’ mental health conditions through interviews and psychometric tests, tailoring each client’s therapeutic approach to their specific needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address issues related to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• A minimum of four years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong clinical background.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment strategies, facilitating effective therapy outcomes.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with a wide range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
