Business Development Representative-Commercial Restoration

Title: Business Development Representative-Commercial Restoration Location: Atlanta, GA Relocation Assistance: No Due to growth, we are looking for a motivated professional with at least 3 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the restoration or insurance industries . This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and referral sources to drive business growth. Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients and referral partners (insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, etc.) Promote Company's services while representing our brand with professionalism and integrity Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand client base and increase market share Attend industry events, networking functions, and community activities to build visibility and relationships Track leads, sales activities, and performance results Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management Experience in the restoration or insurance industry strongly preferred A book of business within the restoration and/or insurance companies is a huge plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to develop strong client relationships and close deals Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Ability to work on site 1 day per week Expected Salary: 50-60K base, OTE 80K - 100K #J-18808-Ljbffr Zytek Medsearch
