Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to collect detailed information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities tailored to client needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop integrated, client-centered treatment plans.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community connection and support.

• Provide crisis intervention, conducting risk assessments and crafting safety plans as necessary to ensure client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus.
