Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring ethical and compassionate delivery of care.

• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to effectively address clients' needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adult clients who present with a diverse range of mental health challenges. Your expertise will assist individuals in developing essential skills required for managing their emotional wellness. We specifically seek therapists who enjoy working with a broad demographics, enabling clients to experience meaningful growth and improved daily functioning.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, fully unrestricted license is required, such as: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• No limited or provisional licenses will be considered, and candidates should not have any prior disciplinary actions.

• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach toward client interactions.

• Adept in using technology, with strong computer literacy skills for managing digital communication platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

While we require a fully licensed professional to apply, candidates with prior experience in teletherapy or remote counseling are encouraged to apply. Experience in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000, dependent on hours worked and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a substantial sign-on bonus to welcome our new therapists. All full-time therapists are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, and payments are made weekly via direct deposit.
