Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ social, emotional, and environmental challenges that may impact their mental health and well-being.

• Formulate personalized service plans that include specific goals, interventions, and continuous progress monitoring to track client development.

• Provide empathetic and effective counseling services to individuals and families struggling with various mental health issues and life transitions.

• Work collaboratively with clients to connect them to essential community resources such as housing, employment services, and health care.

• Deliver crisis intervention strategies as necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client safety and well-being.

Compensation and Benefits\n
