Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, complemented by the resources of our outpatient office when in-person consultations are necessary. Our practice operates seven days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM, ensuring that we meet the varying schedules and needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer customized therapeutic strategies that align with each client’s individual needs and goals. This includes conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop targeted treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a variety of populations including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Techniques utilized may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may involve social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrists, ensuring an integrated approach to client care and enhancing overall treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all client interactions are properly recorded.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is mandatory.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential within the state of Colorado is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
