Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic illnesses across diverse patient populations.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including wound care, suturing, and the performance of minor procedures, exhibiting both precision and skill.
• Utilize evidence-based practices for treatment planning while integrating critical thinking to adapt to unique patient scenarios.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient encounters, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Analyze diagnostic test results and synthesize information effectively to inform patient care decisions and follow-up arrangements.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures, health management strategies, and preventive care.
• Assist patients in navigating end-of-life discussions and care goals, facilitating supportive dialogues that respect their wishes.
• Engage in proactive communication with families, medical contacts, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate optimal patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• An active and valid nursing license for the state of Florida.
• A Master’s degree in Nursing or a relevant Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
• At least three years of clinical experience in a family medicine or similar specialty.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective patient and team interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in a hospital setting, particularly in primary care or family medicine.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
